Copy whatever rolls you want in to a common directory (mount -o loop etc) then rebuild the directory using the following command:

 mkisofs -o ../bootable-e1000-rocks.iso -b isolinux/isolinux.bin -c \
         isolinux/boot.cat -no-emul-boot -boot-load-size 4 -boot-info-table \ 
         -l -R -V 'Viglen Rocks e1000' -r ../updated-driver-cd/
