PreReqs

sudo yum install gcc gcc-gfortran gcc-c++ flex tcsh zlib-devel \
          bzip2-devel libXt-devel libXext-devel libXdmcp-devel tkinter \
          openmpi openmpi-devel perl perl-ExtUtils-MakeMaker patch bison
