Nvidia: Landing Page : GRID 10.1 VMware stack installation and testing

Install View Agent on Windows VM

  1. Run the VMware View Agent installer:
    \\10.0.0.222\software\VM Ware\View\VMware-viewagent-x86_64-7.4.0-7400533.exe

Install VMware View Direct Connection Plug-In

  1. Run the VMware View Direct Connection plug-in installer:
    \\10.0.0.222\software\VM Ware\View\VMware-viewagent-direct-connection-x86_64-7.4.0-7400497.exe

Install VMware Horizon Client

  1. Run the VMware Horizon Client installer:
    \\10.0.0.222\software\VM Ware\View\VMware-Horizon-Client-5.4.0-15805437.exe
  2. Reboot laptop

Connect to VM using VMware Horizon Client

  1. Open 'VMware Horizon Client' on your laptop
  2. Click 'New Server'
  3. Specify the VM you are connecting to and click 'Connect'
