By default the ports will closed/powered off for security, all ports need to be enabled before you will see any link activity.
Check the port status
GNOS# show interface status
Port Status Duplex Speed Negotiation

Eth0/3 not connected Full 10 Gbps No-Negotiation

Eth0/6 not connected Full 10 Gbps No-Negotiation

Eth0/10 not connected Full 10 Gbps No-NegotiationTurn on all the ports
And write the changes to ensure systems boots up in the same configuration.
GNOS# configure terminal
GNOS(config)# interface range ethernet 0/1-72
GNOS(config-if-range)# no shutdown
GNOS(config-if-range)# exit
GNOS(config)#GNOS# write startup-config
Building configuration ...
[OK] exit
