this little nugget cost me a lot of time!

  • install the Tesla standard driver (no grid needed)
  • this is based on m60 in pci passthrough
  • setup the server on the windows vm
  • connect via the client (id opened security group on the openstack side and disabled firewall on the VM side - naughty!)
