CDAC India

Award Criteria

  • 14. Award Criteria
    • 14.1 CDAC shall award the contract to the eligible bidder whose technical bid has been accepted and determined as the lowest evaluated commercial bid.
    • 14.2 The Schedule of Requirement consists of multiple items. The bidder must quote for all the items mentioned under Schedule of Requirement. The lowest price criteria shall be applied on the total of all items.
    • 14.3 If more than one bidder happens to quote the same lowest price, CDAC reserves the right to decide the criteria and further process for awarding the contract.
