Setting up RAID6 for OSS Nodes

  • Assuming LSI Synchro Card
  • Setup the RAID6 Array
# This command sets up a 12 drive RAID6 array
# To get the drives numbering; storcli64 /call show 
  storcli64 /c1 add vd type=r6 drives=32:0-11
  • Check and see the RAID array is created
  storcli64 /c1/vall show
