Permissions in CFM

- Note, cfmsync will not detect file ownership / permission changes. Ensure permissions/ownerships are create correctly before you run 'cfmsync -f'
- If permissions are not being syncd correctly:
- Remove the files from /etc/cfm
- Run cfmsync -f
- Add the files back in to /etc/cfm
- Correct the permissions/ownership
- Run cfmsync
- Verify permissions/ownerships in /opt/kusu/cfm/cfmfiles.lst
