Register License

Note:

• To get the hostid for the server to generate the keys, use lmhostid OR make sure the MAC address is in lower case. Otherwise you will have problem register the Licence.
• If you you already have the licence find the network MAC address is correct other than in upper case, change it to lower case and run kusu-license-tool again

• PCM 2.x
