The card can be detected by the OS by:

[root@localhost ~]# lspci|grep -i solar

Driver Installation

1. update the system and install development tools

    yum update

    yum groupinstall 'Development tools'

2. go to https://support.solarflare.com/index.php?view=categories&id=1945&option=com_cognidox and download the driver
3. install drivers

    rpm -i sfc-4.2.2.1016-1.src.rpm

    yum install sfutils-4.3.2.1000-1.i586.rpm
